What is inaugural meeting

I want to bring into this picture of a drive for efficiency and economy you servants of the government who are directly responsible for a better order of affairs, if it is to be brought about. And so to-day, with the heads of the various departments of the government, with whom I meet in council twice a week, I have asked you to assemble, to present to you the new Director of the Budget and to say to you that every resolution, every commitment, every determination of the administration is to join with you and have you join with us in inaugurating the new efficiency and economy of administration in these United States.

And so, gentlemen and ladies, I have the pleasure of presenting to you for a suggestion of the policy and inauguration of this new movement the Director of the Budget, General Charles G.

Seminars and workshops are groups of people who meet together to pursue common study or research areas. An ad hoc committee is a group formed for a specific purpose, such as preparing a tender submission. This group may meet regularly for a specific period of time determined by the task and normally dissolves after the task is accomplished. A regular or standing committee meeting is one that may be called as part of the ongoing business of an organisation. An occupational health and safety committee and a finance committee are examples of standing committees which remain in place for the life of the organisation.

Types of meetings Inaugural meetings An inaugural meeting is the first meeting held to establish an organisation. Extraordinary general meetings An extraordinary general meeting is held when unanticipated events require an urgent response, to precipitate a crisis or to transact special or urgent business.

Inaugural Meeting means the organizational meeting immediately following the general election. Inaugural Meeting means the regular meeting at which the Chair of the Board of Trustees and the Vice -Chair of the Board of Trustees are elected and members of Committees are appointed in each year ;.

Inaugural Meeting means the first meeting of the term of Council after a municipal election ;. Inaugural Meeting means the first meeting of Regional Council following a regular election.
